Sol Shnider 2012

The Stanford AIM Lab staff (left to right, Anna Clemenson, Larry Chu, MD and Heather Alva, far right, pictured with SOAP Immediate Past President Robert D’Angelo) were so honored to be on site at the 2012 Sol Shnider meeting in San Francisco to record the event lectures in partnership with SOAP.

Over the course of three days, our staff recorded, edited and published 26 lectures on the Anesthesia Illustrated website covering all aspects of obstetric anesthesia presented at this world-class educational meeting. We are proud of our partnership with SOAP to provide these lectures free-of-charge to the public with the goal of enhancing anesthesia education worldwide!

We are so excited to take the wraps off of Anesthesia Illustrated!

The AIM Lab at Stanford has been working hard on this project ever since it was conceived at an informal group meeting at the American Society of Anesthesiologists annual meeting in Chicago in October 2011. The individuals at the meeting, Drs. Larry Chu, Reuben Eng, Kyle Harrison and Viji Kurup, conceived of a resource to disseminate high quality multimedia-based visual educational material to anesthesia educators around the world. Led by the Stanford AIM Lab, these individuals form the core founding group of Anesthesia Illustrated.
